Casa Beluka

Casa Beluka is a delightful villa furnished to a high standard with marble flooring throughout. The villa has two floors. The ground floor has a large hallway, 2 twin bedrooms can be made into kings, bathroom lounge/dining area and kitchen. There is a wonderful al fresco dining area with comfortable seating for up to 12 people, here you can see the sea and watch the sunset. The outdoor Jacuzzi and swimming pool is a lovely area with patio area and very comfortable sunbeds. Upstairs is the master suite with dressing area and en-suite, it has a large terrace with, hot tub and fantastic views of the sea and Fuertuventura, the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. The villa is 2 minutes stroll to several restaurants (Chinese, Italian, pub food) coffee bars, 3 pubs and 2 supermarkets, bakery, cake shop, and cafes. In the other direction it is 1 minute stroll to the wonderful sea front/promenade. About 5 minutes drive takes you to the centre or about 3 euros in a taxi.

Living Area

Large leather corner sofa seating 8, full Sky package (sports, films, kids etc), DVD, CD, radio, Ipod. Large selection of books, DVD’s and CDs. This room overlooks the garden and terrace and pool, great for chilling if you have a night in.

The villa is wheelchair accessible, there is a small step at the front door, there is a safety rail on the pool.

Outside heated pool to 32 degrees 8x5m (brand new top of the range pool heater) jacuzzi, [also heated] patio areas with BBQ, sea views and 6 sunbeds. The pool has a rail to help elderly/people with disabilities in and out. Upstairs there is a large balcony with 2 sunbeds, table and chairs. A security alarm is fitted for your peace of mind. Outdoor sofa, coffee table and arm chairs, 6 luxury sunbeds /parasols.

2 downstairs twins (or doubles), luxury bedding, mosquito blinds, shutters, blinds.

Master bed (upstairs), luxury Italian furniture with Pierre Cardin mattress for ultimate comfort, dressing area, large terrace with Hot Tub, sun loungers, table + chairs.

2 luxury spacious bathrooms. One downstairs and one en-suite. Fitted with marble throughout, both with large baths, showers and marble dressing tables, WC’s, bidet and luxury towels are provided.

Beautifully fitted with granite worktops and oak units, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, modern, stylish dinner ware, everything you need for a dinner party with friends.

Casa Beluka is a perfect spot, you are near to the sea and a few local restaurants/bars and just a short drive away from Playa Blanca. The villa is totally child friendly, we have tried to think of every area ensuring your childs safety, with plenty of things for them to do, whilst you have a rest.
